Welcome to Team Lightning! - Racing since 1986

Team Lightning is a USARS-sanctioned inline speed skating team.  We train at the Lynnwood Bowl and Skate at Lynnwood, WA.  Team Lightning strives to provide a safe and effective training environment for novice and advanced skaters alike.  Skating provides great aerobic and anaerobic exercise and cardiovascular benefits and is lower impact and easier on the body than running.  We welcome athletes of all ages and skill levels and our team members train for a variety of goals from fitness to competitive racing.  If you already have basic skating skills and think that speed skating might be the sport for you, please contact us.  More information can be found throughout the website.
